Transport Public Bar, CBD

WHAT’S ON THE MENU?
·         Spinach and capsicum, smoked ricotta arancini ($16.00)
·         Spicy salted lamb ribs, mint yoghurt sauce ($16.00)
·         Crispy skinned salmon, peas, radish, dill cream ($26.00)
·         Tiramisu ($12.00)

WHAT WE ATE...
I picked one of their stone-fired pizzas. The ‘Napoli, mozzarella, ham, mushroom, artichoke, olive ($13.00)’ pizza was the perfect size for one person. The base was thin and crispy and the artichokes were succulent.

My dining companion chose the ‘Grilled Wagyu Burger – mustard, pickles, chips ($18.00)’. The burger was wonderful with simple ingredients. The salt flakes on the chips took them to the next level.

WHAT WE DRANK...
We ordered a lemon squash and a schooner of Little Creatures Pale Ale ($9.50)…
