What's On in Boroondara...
As a Boroondara resident, I love to partake in the fabulous local events that are on offer. We Melburnians are so lucky that we don't have to travel far to find amazing art, culture and delicious food.
Kew Night Market
Local artisans and sellers will be showcasing their wares on Friday 29th July including jewellery and art. Also, the first 50 adults through the door will receive a free goodies bag! Find out more info here...
Dine In Dine Out
This is an all-day fiesta on Saturday 6th August in Camberwell which will be packed with plenty of activities including laneway pop-up parks, street food tastings, in-store promotions, a market family day, roving entertainment and fun for the children. I can't wait to see jazz band, Dr Jazz & The Gangsters Palace, at the After Dark Jazz Park at Evans Place. There will also be food and wine tastings at the After Dark Jazz Park from 6pm until 10pm.
HOUSE PARTY 2 - Papa Chango
At the Kew Court House, the House Party 2 featuring Papa Chango will be on Friday 29th July. This Melbourne based 8-piece band brings audiences to a frenzy on packed dance floors. Tickets are $25 and starts at 8pm...
'Imagined Worlds' Exhibition
Over at the Town Hall Gallery, the current exhibition is 'Imagined Worlds'. Blurring the boundary between real and imagined, these artworks challenge traditional representations of landscape and allow the viewer to imagine life in a new world. This exhibition is on now until Sunday 21st August...
