WHAT’S ON THE MENU?
· Lime cured hapuka, coconut, pomegranate and chilli on betel leaf ($6.50 each)

· Pan-seared barramundi with glass noodles, tamarind caramel, tomato and grilled pineapple salad ($34.00)
· Strawberry tart with black vinegar curd, basil meringue, and pistachio ice-cream ($13.00)
We both asked for the ‘Uncle Knows Best ($59.00 per person)’. It was a wonderful way to try a variety of dishes and finding unexpected favourites that you may not have otherwise ordered.
Raw kingfish, longan, sesame, wasabi peas, soy with a coconut and tamarind foam ($16.00)
We sampled a couple of cocktails. I chose the ‘See You Bye – Trombo Blanco tequila, lime, coriander, lemongrass, chilli, palm sugar and a dash of fish sauce ($18.50)’.
