shaved parmesan cheese, served with baked bread ($18.00)

WHAT WE ATE...
Their menu
is vast with some very tempting options. I chose an item from their pizza menu.
The ‘Farmer’s Market – pumpkin, eggplant, sundried tomatoes, zucchini and a
Woods tomato sauce ($10.00)’ was colourful and fresh. Also, this 9-inch
pizza was a bargain at just $10 and tasted wonderful.

My dining
companion decided to have ‘The Jersey – (Reuben Sandwich) freshly sliced American
pastrami, sauerkraut, ranch dressing and Swiss cheese, baked in our wood fired
oven ($15.00)’. A lavish serving of pastrami was inside this monster sandwich,
which oozed with luscious, melted cheese and dressing. Another hit...

WHAT WE DRANK…

OVERALL…
Target is no
longer at Ringwood Square Shopping Centre and has been replaced with Bunnings… my
favourite shop! Must be because I’m a gardener… After we had finished buying
garden goodies at Bunnings, we noticed a new café had opened nearby. Bean In The
Woods is a large, bright space that provides a fabulous place for a catch-up
over coffee and a lovely meal. The service was very friendly and attentive and
I’m looking forward to trying more dishes off their menu…
