WHAT WE ATE...
I was
tempted by the ‘Waffles with strawberry and black cherry jumble, macadamia nut
and oat crumbs with vanilla ice cream ($16.50)’. I loved the combination of
strawberries and cherries with the crunchy macadamia. The silky ice-cream added
some extra indulgence.
WHAT WE DRANK…
My Latte
($3.80) using Genovese coffee was okay.
OVERALL…
Eastland may
possess the fashionable eateries of Ringwood… However, hidden away in a residential
street is Leaf & Vine. Their dishes consist of fresh ingredients that are ethically
sourced where possible. We sampled some dishes from the Winter Menu but you
can now try their Spring Menu.
