'Eva for Loverly' Bridal Collection

Hello, my lovely readers! Hope you had a fabulous Valentine’s Day. Love is indeed in the air this month. Perhaps a wedding, too? I was invited by wedding planning website Lover.ly to review their new ‘Eva for Loverly’ collection of dresses for brides and bridesmaids co-designed by Eva Franco. The dresses are designed to be worn again and again rather than just once and then put in your wardrobe to never see the light of day... The collection debuted on February 12, 2015 exclusively on Lover.ly.

Here are my five favourite dresses from the collection...

Juliet Dress - $265.00

This would be my favourite bridal dress from the collection. A simple gown with the added glamour of vintage lace to bring a touch of nostalgia to the occasion. The vintage trend is still running hot in Australia right now.

Vivian Dress – $130.00

This season’s most popular shade for bridesmaids is pale pink and this dress represents femininity and nostalgia in equal doses. The maxi length gives a streamline silhouette with a little hint of sexiness provided by the open back.

Another trending shade for bridesmaids right now is midnight blue. This maxi gown with spotted lace is a flattering shade and shape for everybody. Most bridesmaids will be very happy with this choice of dress. The spots add a fun dimension and the key hole back breaks up the shoulder area.

This gown is flirty yet romantic with the beautifully draped bow detail. This short style of gown would be perfect for a garden wedding...

This elegant dress portrays a classic profile that would be flattering to most figures. The whimsical lavender lace inspires romance and mystery.

  1. Such beautiful dresses, I just love the cut and elegant styling of all of them. The Juliet dress is beautiful- I would be tempted to wear it for any formal function, not just a wedding.
