WHAT WE ATE...

I chose the ‘Mixed Fruit Custard Tart ($4.00)’. The buttery base was filled with the most heavenly custard. The fruit on top was lovely and fresh.  

My dining companion picked the ‘Lemon Meringue Pie ($4.50)’. The tangy filling was covered in a cloud of meringue. Another fabulous cake…

OVERALL…

For my grandfather’s 90^th birthday, the obvious choice was a cake from Fleischer Cakes... Since then, I often visit Fleischer’s for a sweet treat and a cup of tea. Warm, friendly service complements the enticing selection of scrumptious cakes.
