WHAT WE ATE...

I opted for the 'Eggs Florentine - two poached eggs with baby spinach and hollandaise sauce, on a muffin ($13.00)'. The luscious hollandaise and sauteed spinach made this  indulgent vegetarian dish an absolute delight! The eggs were cooked to perfection with a gorgeous, runny yolk...

My dining companion decided to have the 'Bacon Bullet - lightly toasted Turkish roll, topped with rocket, tomato, bacon, melted mozzarella cheese, and homemade seeded mustard/balsamic dressing ($13.00)'. This hearty meal was like a pizza crossed with a sandwich. It was a great way to start the weekend.

I ordered a latte ($3.80) which came with a lovely biscuit...
