WHAT'S ON THE MENU?

·         Breaky Burger with fried eggs, bacon, tasty cheese, choice of sauce on brioche bun ($14.00)

·         Open Chicken Sandwich - grilled chicken with spinach, relish and avocado on Turkish bread with a side of chips ($16.00)

·         Super Salad - warm kale with quinoa, avocado, feta, sweet corn, diced capsicum, black beans and pomegranate dressing ($15.00)

·         Pancake Stack with seasonal fruit, ice-cream and maple syrup ($14.00)

WHAT WE ATE...

I opted for the 'Moroccan Eggs - poached eggs in a capsicum and tomato sauce, fresh parsley, sesame seeds, with a side of hummus and toasted Turkish bread ($14.50)'. The sauce was tasty but needed more body to it. Once all the bread was used, you really needed a spoon to eat the rest. The creamy hummus was a winner. The fresh parsley was missing, unfortunately... 

My dining companion chose the 'Smashed Avo with Danish feta and fresh mint on toast, with sauteed mushrooms, topped with toasted spices and nuts ($13.50)'. A poached egg was added for $3. A decent size portion for a small price tag. The mushrooms added some heartiness.
