WHAT WE ATE...
Situated on the top floor, Skybar offers a magnificent view of the surrounding area whilst enjoying a delicious meal or a delectable cocktail. 

I opted for the 'Bouillabaisse Marseille - a classic French stew of black mussels, calamari, king prawn, scallops, served with bread ($32.00)'. The calamari and mussels were tender and the juices of the stew were heavenly. An absolute delight with a glass of wine...




My dining companion picked the 'Sri Lankan Aththamma Curry, served with fragrant rice and condiments ($25.00)'. The curry flavour of the day was chicken and it was one of the most flavoursome curries we have enjoyed at a Melbourne restaurant. The accompanying coconut crumble and sauteed eggplant added an extra dimension to the curry.

I ordered a glass of the '2017 3 Tales Sauvignon Blanc ($9.00)'... 



My dining companion chose a refreshing mocktail, the 'Pineapple and Mint Mojito ($10.00)'.
