Street Display of Classic Cars and Bikes
The Maling Road Business Association in conjunction with the Italian Auto Icons and a number of classic automotive car clubs will be conducting the annual Maling Road Classic Car and Scooter Event from 10.00am - 3.00pm, Sunday 19th August 2018.
Mailing Road is ideal for such an event, with the cars located on the street in a village atmosphere, surrounded by period buildings.
DETAILS AND THEME
Maling Road Classic Car and Scooter Event will mostly be themed on Italian, European and British classic cars and motor scooters. Provision will also be made for some unique American cars in a dedicated USA area. An area will also be set aside for locals that have classic cars who would like to participate. Likely marquees will be English (Austin Healy, Aston Martins, MG, Jaguar, etc), plus other rare and unique cars such as Bugattis, Citroen, etc, as well as a special section set aside for rare and vintage Mercedes (Gullwing, etc).
ACTIVITIES PLANNED
- Maling Road Classic Car and Scooter Event from 10.00am - 3.00pm
- A variety of public voting on various Best Car categories with prizes
- Maling Road Traders open on the day for great coffee, food and shopping!
MALING ROAD AUTO CLASSICO LARGER EVENT 2018
Based on the enormous success of the previous event, the Maling Road Traders Association will close the entire Maling Road precinct and a display car park adjoining the street that in essence will allow the event to house in excess of 200 classic vehicles.
