Platform 3, Carnegie



WHAT’S ON THE MENU?
·       Kimchi Eggs – scrambled eggs with fresh Korean kimchi, served in a slice of sourdough, garnished with black sesame seeds ($16.00)
·       Pork Croquette x 2 – bread crumbed pork with a cheesy centre, served with chunky tomato salsa ($12.50)
·       Mini Calamari Burger – pan-seared calamari with tartare sauce, cucumber and mixed lettuce ($8.00)
·       Spanish Meatballs – homemade traditional bolognaise beef meatballs with a selection of Italian herbs, tomato meat sauce, topped with parmesan, and served with organic sourdough ($19.50)



WHAT WE ATE...
Platform 3 has an all-day breakfast menu as well as a tapas style lunch/dinner menu. We started our feast with the vibrant ‘Feta Smashed Avocado – Danish feta, lime and olive oil ($14.00)’.


Next, was the amazing ‘Krabby Eggs – blue swimmer crab meat sautéed and scrambled with egg, garlic, ginger, shallots, and red chilli. Lightly seasoned with sesame salt on sourdough ($21.00)’.


Then, we tried the cute ‘Mini Wagyu Beef Burger – mini beef, swiss cheese, caramelised onions, lettuce and wasabi mayonnaise ($8.00)’.


We finished with the tender ‘Pan Seared Calamari – seasoned with salt and ground pepper, mixed salad with feta, tartare sauce and a lemon wedge ($19.50)’.


WHAT WE DRANK...
We both ordered lattes ($3.70) made with Phoenix Awaken Blend…


We then tried their Coffee in a Cone!


OVERALL…

Food = 3 spoonfuls of sugar

Drinks = 3 spoonfuls of sugar

Service = 3 spoonfuls of sugar
