We both asked
for the ‘Uncle Knows Best ($59.00 per person)’. It was a wonderful way to try a
variety of dishes and finding unexpected favourites that you may not have
otherwise ordered.
Raw
kingfish, longan, sesame, wasabi peas, soy with a coconut and tamarind foam
($16.00)
We sampled a
couple of cocktails. I chose the ‘See You Bye – Trombo Blanco tequila, lime,
coriander, lemongrass, chilli, palm sugar and a dash of fish sauce ($18.50)’.
