For our
entrĂ©e, we were recommended the ‘Miang Hoy – gently pan-seared scallops served
on fresh betel leaves with ginger, red onion, lime, lemongrass, chilli and
cashew nuts, dressed with signature sauce of tamarind, roasted coconut and
dried shrimp ($12.00 x 2)’. The plump scallops were bathed in a zingy dressing
that left you wanting more. Absolutely divine!

have a glass of ‘T’Gallant Pinot Grigio ($9.00)’…
