WHAT WE ATE...
When I read ‘truffle
mayo’, my decision was easy! The ‘Miss Elizabeth – one patty, swiss cheese,
truffle mayo ($11.50)’ was delicious, mainly due to this truffle mayo. The sauce
was quite spicy and was very luscious when it mingled with the melted cheese.
My dining
companion decided to have the ‘Single – one patty, tomato, butter lettuce,
cheddar, special burger sauce, pickles ($9.90)’. The lettuce and tomato were
nice and fresh and the special burger sauce was much tastier than Burger Project’s ‘secret sauce’.
We also shared
a ‘Large French Fries ($4.80)’.
OVERALL…
After our
average experience at Burger Project, we were hoping that the burgers would be
better at Royal Stacks in Chadstone’s new food court… Thankfully, we were
rewarded with yummy burgers that we would be happy to buy again. The frozen
custard is an interesting concept that I may try next time...
