WHAT WE ATE...
I opted for the ‘Gnocchi Posilipo –
homemade gnocchi with creamy sugo and grilled mozzarella cheese ($21.00)’. The
delicate gnocchi worked well with the crispy kale scattered on top.
Another of my dining companions picked
the ‘Angus Sirloin
250g – Riverina region 150 day aged, grass fed Angus with creamy mashed potato,
fried onion fritter, and veal jus ($29.00)’. The steak was tender and the crispy
onion rings were a highlight of the dish.
My other
dining companion went with the ‘Mixed Souvlaki – lamb and chicken served on
open pita, tzatziki, onion, tomato, cucumber, and oregano ($17.00)’.
WHAT WE DRANK...
I ordered a
mocktail. The ‘Strawberry Virgin Mojito – strawberry, lemon and lime juice,
mint, sugar syrup and soda ($9.00)’ was vibrant and refreshing with a big
strawberry kick.
One of my
dining companions chose a ‘Caramel Milkshake ($7.50)’...
