WHAT’S ON THE MENU?

·         The Box Hill Hotcakes – with maple syrup, vanilla ice-cream and topped with seasonal fruit ($14.90)

·         Nachos – stoneground corn chips layered with spicy tomato salsa, melted cheese, topped with guacamole, sour cream and jalapeño ($13.90)

·         Honey Pumpkin Risotto – butternut pumpkin and sundried tomato tossed in thyme infused risotto, topped with parmesan ($17.90)

·         Flake Salmon Fillet served with a broccoli and green pea couscous, crispy salad and citrus glaze ($25.90)

WHAT WE ATE...

I opted for the ‘Soup of the Day ($10.90)’, which happened to be cauliflower and broccoli flavour. The soup was delicious! Creamy and full of flavour, the soup was accompanied by a hearty serving of buttered toast and lots of croutons.

  

My dining companion chose the ‘Ham, cheese and tomato toastie ($8.00)’ from the glass cabinet. The big toastie also came with a yummy salad.

WHAT WE DRANK...

We both ordered lattes ($3.80) made with their own signature blend of coffee.
