WHAT WE ATE...
I decided to
have the ‘Banana Bread – toasted, served with berry compote and mascarpone
($8.00)’. For just $8, I received a substantial meal that tasted delightful.
What a bargain! The banana bread was layered with a generous serving of an excellent
berry compote. The mascarpone swirled with the compote to add some lavishness.
My dining
companion chose the ‘Lamb Burger – slow cooked lamb, bbq sauce, mayo, rocket
leaves, cheese, caramelised onions, pickled cucumbers in a brioche bun ($11.00)’.
My dining companion absolutely adored this burger, with the pulled lamb being
the hero ingredient. The chips were also plentiful and at just $11, another
great value meal…
WHAT WE DRANK…
My latte
($3.50) made with Griffiths Bros Coffee had a robust flavour.
